History
Inevitably, we have always paid more attention to the future than to the past, without reflecting on whether we have achieved anything good.

The management
Throughout its long history, Intershield Bank has consistently brought in partners from outside the family into its management team. This has allowed us to constantly expand the bank's expertise. When appointing members to the Board of Directors, Intershield is open to new external influences, but also values the experience and expertise of long-serving employees. Currently, five members of the Board of Directors are responsible for the bank. All of them are directly involved in day-to-day management.
The Intershield Foundation
Our foundation's motto, "Doing Good," operates on two levels. On the one hand, we provide financial support, and on the other, we are personally involved in the foundation's projects to provide assistance and advice. This applies not only to members of the Intershield family, but also to Intershield Bank staff who volunteer their time to the foundation by sponsoring projects.
